Giant FCR3
What happened
The Thief cut through the bar on the bike rack, then removed my wheel and was able to get the bike off with the U-Lock still attached to the bike and the wheel. He/She must have carried the bike home and cut the lock later.

- Bike is 2 years old but in PERFECT condition. It has a rear kickstand and a mount for a U lock between the 2 middle bars of the frame. also on the 2nd lowest bar of the frame from the top was a U of Chicago Police registration number so there should be residue left from the peeling off of that sticker.
