Womens' Specialized Hardrock, 2000 model year
What happened
The overcrowded bike rack led to a situation where bike was improperly locked so that the U-lock went only through the front tire and the front forks, thus not securing the frame to the rack. The front wheel and lock were recovered but the rest of the bike was missing.
