Vintage 1960s Mens Royal Scott 21" 3 speed bicycle
What happened
Bike was locked up to parking sign directly in front of heavily trafficed apartment building. There was some construction on on side oe the sidewalk so traffic was being interrupted. Soon after dark the bike was lifted.

- 1960s 3 speed frame is thin, not a big cruiser. It has fenders, the back one is crested with white and a reflector. It has the original white handles, and cabling. It is in descent shape with many ding and scrapes. Most noticable is a dent that is rusted on the chain guard. New all black tires.
