On August 18, 2026, at approximately 11: PM, I visually verified that my electric bicycle was securely locked with a TitanGuard PRO integrated key locked to the bike rack in the back parking lot of 1625 W Howard St in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL 60626. While taking out the trash on the morning of August 19, 2026, at approximately 8:00 AM, I noticed that the electric bike and lock were missing .The vehicle was taken without my knowledge or permissio
