What happened
The bike was left secured in the bike room located inside the parking garage at 32 S Jefferson in Presidential Towers. Access to the bike room requires a resident key fob, so the individual responsible would have needed authorized access or entered with someone else. The bike was later discovered missing from the secured area. The stolen bike is a custom matte black fixed gear/track bike with distinctive black 5-spoke Encore carbon wheels, black handlebar tape, and a minimalist all-black frame.
