What happened
The Incident date was the date of discovery. This is a bike room at 451 West Melrose Street. Several other bikes were stolen from this location, likely earlier in the week. The U-lock and cable I had on the bike were completely intact, suggesting that the front or rear wheel was removed in order to remove the bike from the rack.
