What happened
Bike was locked to bike rack in front of library. Library closed and locked 6ft gate, enclosing the bike inside so I couldn’t access. Came back the next morning to retrieve bike and the only thing remaining was the cut cable and the undefeated u-lock with my helmet attached. Should’ve jumped the fence like the thief likely did :(
