46cm Trek 400 / True Temper Frame

What happened

The bike was locked to a fence in the back of our home facing the alley. The fence was cut the piece of the fence it was locked to was discarded at the scene. The bike is missing with the lock intact. It went missing some time between 9pm on June 11 2023 and 5am on June 12 2023.
