What happened
I last saw OSW around 2 PM. I was at work when the incident happened. Other bikes are not touched. It is visible to the public. Last seen from my tracker, it was in the Garfield greenline. As per the by-stander, there was a black pick-up truck with a cover on the back and bikes.
