What happened

I rode my bike last night (8/10) and got home around 8:30pm. I went to take the trash out at 8:30pm tonight (8/11) and noticed it was gone. I asked a neighbor who said she went by and noticed that it wasn't here. The area it was stolen from is a locked private space. The photo uploaded has a bag attached to the back, this was not on the bike.
