Cannondale CAAD Sora 2018

What happened

The last time I rode the bike I believe was on 07/10/2022. It was locked with a u-lock and cables to a bike rack, which was enclosed by a metal cage in which residence can only enter with a key tap. They left part of the cable in which they broke to steal my bike, and I noticed another individual's bike cable was also broken, but the bike was still there.
