State Bicycle Co Core Line - Rigby Color

What happened

My bicycle was locked outside the main entrance to the William Eckhardt Research Center at the center of the U Chicago campus (across from the library dome). After returning from dinner near campus my bicycle was missing, and no obvious evidence was left behind. The lock in it's entirety was missing as well. I believe that my bicycle was present when I left for dinner, as this was a very full rack at that time. I been in Chicago less than a week, at work for 3 days (where my bike was stolen from), this is not a good impression.

New and clean, including high quality black plastic fenders with steel supports. These fenders were for a bike with much wider tires, so will stand out for this bike. Also a small dent from shipping on the lower right of the top tube near the headset, which was at one time poorly color matched with nail polish
