What happened

I am a student at UIC. I went to campus to wish a faculty member happy birthday. I arrived at the building at 11:25 am on September 24. I left the building to go home at 12:00 pm on September 24. Within that 30 minute time frame my bike was stolen. It was locked outside the building at a bike rack with a cable lock. My helmet was also locked to the bike.
