Harper fixie one speed bike made by retrospec
What happened
I locked the bike on the corner of Clark and chestnut at 7:45 pm on the 21st and found it gone at 6:30 am on the 22nd. I’m assuming somebody cut the cable lock with bulk cutters overnight
