What happened

This bike was locked to bike rack on wall with kryptonite U-lock. I was gone for 5 days but when I returned was notified by room mates that all bikes secured in enclosed, locked garage were missing. Approximately 12 bikes missing. Police report filed online but it was rejected. Repeated calls to police number were unanswered or it would disconnect
