Schwinn Ranger 26 inch
What happened
I kept two bikes locked to each other through front wheel and main frame and locked to stairwell fence inside my building that only 8 other people have access to. I went out at 2pm and saw they were still there and noticed that the locks had been cut and one of the bikes was gone around 730pm.

- In great condition I just bought it used a month ago :( had just replaced handlebars but couldn't figure out how to put the end locks on so the handlebars have hole at edges. Not sure if they removed already, but I also had a small front and rear light and bell on the front. Also has two spots for water bottle holders that are rusted.
