What happened

I was in a condo building from around 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm. When I came down, the bike was locked on Ohio and Dearborn. My brother's older bike was locked with my bike to the rack. My brother's bike was resting against a tree about 5 feet from the rack. My bike and the lock were stolen.
