What happened
Bike was locked to gate next to Zipcar parking spot beside Wicker Park Veterinary Clinic at Milwaukee & Division. Sometime between 8:00am and 7:30pm, lock was cut (OnGuard combo U-lock), and bike was taken (lock left on the gate).
