Schwinn dual sport hybrid gtx1

What happened

Bike was locked by U-lock through the front wheel to the single-bar bike rack in the access-controlled downstairs laundry room of apartment building. Perpetrator left my helmet, extra straps (for the rack), and U-lock-and-still-locked front wheel at the bike rack.

missing the front wheel, because the thief removed my U-locked front wheel; U-lock bracket mounted on the right side of the seatpost/where you would hit it with your right knee while riding; red X-rubberband smartphone holder on the left side of the handlebars; white low-lumen light with 4 settings on the right side of the handlebars; simple rack with a spring-clamp on the rear; additional red Blackburn blinker light on the back of the rack; the original red rear reflector on the seatpost facing back, under the seat; no fenders; the deraileurs are a little messed up from the time I flipped over on it; may still be some twigs caught in the gears
