What happened
Bike was locked with a ABUS Bordo Lite Folding Lock 6055 and a bike cable attached to a street sign and a friend's bike. The incident happened outside of Freehand Chicago Hotel, 19 E Ohio St near Ohio and Wabash intersection. Bike is on the left in the photo.
