Suede 2 Liv Woman's Cruiser
What happened
Bike was locked in bike rack definitely through frame and front tire (might have missed the rack itself, but unlikely) at 8am in front of 150 N Riverside Plaza Building. At 5:45pm bike was noticed missing with nothing remaining (no lock).
