Kent La Jolla Men's Cruiser Bike

What happened

Bike was locked to a street lamp, it’s a new building but no bike racks have been installed yet. Saw bike at 5:30pm and when I came out at 8:30/9pm it was gone.

Condition

Changed the seat to also be green. The basket was zip tied to the handlebars. The chain had began rusting. One of the fenders rattled easily. There were light scratches around the middle of the bike frame where I kept the lock. There were flashing green light caps on the tires plug
