What happened

I locked the bike to the short metal 'fence' enclosing a sidewalk patch of grass/shrub right outside of Veggie Grill. I used a Kryptonite U-lock to secure the seat tube to the metal fence. I ate lunch in Veggie Grill, 12:45pm-1:30pm. When I exited the restaurant at 1:30pm, the bike was gone without a trace. (i.e. thief took the bike and u-lock and left nothing behind)
