What happened
put down bike about ten feet away from me in humboldt park, was looking at something, turned around and it was gone. saw the man riding off with it later after following him around in suspicion. could not catch him on foot. he was heading south southeast around division and humboldt ave when i lost him. was working with a partner who i also lost.
