What happened

Bike was left in front of 808 S Wood St right in front of UIC College of Medicine East Tower around 2:00 PM. When I returned to retrieve my bike, it was gone, presumably after the chain had been cut. Thus there was about a 1.5 hour window of time that it could have been taken. Interestingly, this was in broad daylight and there was one other bike tethered to the same bike rack, but mine was the one that was taken. I immediately filed a theft report with the University of Illinois at Chicago police department upon noting my bike was lost.
