Raleigh RX 2.0 2013
What happened
Heavy Chain was locked through the front wheel and to a bike rack. New ulock was locking rear wheel to frame. Arrived at Western Avenue Metra at 5:40pm and found the rear lock cut, and the chain lock was not there.
