What happened

Bike was placed (unlocked) at 10:30pm on 8/22 on an outdoor deck (3rd floor) accessible by an outdoor staircase that leads up from the ground level through the gangway. The gangway has locking gates at either end and the location of the bike would not have been visible from anywhere on the ground level. When I returned to the deck at 3:00pm 8/23, the bike was no longer there. I think that someone entered the gangway by climbing over a gate or walking through when a gate was unlocked, then walked up the staircase to the third floor deck and took my bike.

Condition

Bike is in good condition. Back tire is different from the front; the front is a road tire and the back has a significantly heavier tread. It was stolen with a small light attached to the front handle bars. There is a bike lock holster (black and yellow) attached to the horizontal side of the frame.
