Raleigh Redux 1
What happened
The bike was parked outside Other Brothers Coffee in downtown Evanston. I woke up to pick it up but it was no longer there. IMPORTANT: I think I spotted my stolen bike at the corner of Sherman and Davis locked with a large oval yellow lock.
