What happened

Bike was locked outside my work. A fellow employee was walking towards work and saw sparks flying and then saw a man ride away on my bike.

Bike had a Revelate feed bag and an Andrew the Maker saddle bag (black) on it when it was stolen, along with a red Knog front light and a Blackburn 2fer rear light that has been taped together.
