What happened
Was left locked at about 12:45 at a school, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park on the bike racks located in the parking lot of the school. The bike racks are completely hidden by a dumpster. The seemed to be broken by a brick, and at the scene the thief left a red mountain bike.
