What happened

I locked it on Clinton and Madison to go to Ogilvie Train station morning of Thursday 6/22. Got a ride home that day and went out of town for the weekend. Not worried because locked with Ulock and cable. Came back on Tuesday 6/27 after work to pick it up and it was gone with lock and cable gone. There was another Ulock sitting at bottom of rack where my bike was locked. Something faulty with rack??
