Specialized Globe Roll 1
What happened
Kept inside garage for over 2.5 years unlocked. Skokie is not very rampant with theft, and while it was careless to keep unlocked in an unlocked garage, there is hardly ever a reason to believe that the bike would have been stolen. It is a very safe neighborhood with very few reports of theft. There were many other things that could have been stolen out of the garage, yet this was the only thing taken. The car that was in the garage was searched through, but nothing was taken from it. The glove compartment was opened, but nothing taken from it.
Bike details
- Type

- The bike was mostly white with some yellow on the handlebars and possibly wheels. The brand name was nowhere to be found on the bike unless you looked closely for it. I believe the brand was Specialized. Years ago, a friend, as a joke, wrote on it in blue sharpie, which is mostly washed away except for a few spots on the frame and I believe that "I (heart symbol)" is still visible. The bike is about 6 years old, mostly good condition, single speed, raised handlebars.
