What happened
Bike was locked with a new flat key U-lock and cable linking both rims, frame, and seat to the bike rack. Locked at 5:50 pm Saturday evening. Noticed to be missing at 9:15 pm. Bike, lock, and cable are missing.

Has gear bag on top bar with a headlight inside. Right-hand shifter is sticky. Has thin continental street tires. Has a small pump next to bottle holder.
