What happened
I live in a several unit condo building. A neighbor saw three young african american men standing in front of a unit. The three men ran when they saw the neighbor. The neighbor called the police and said that the three men were walking down grand ave with two bikes but was told that because they were out of the building and because they werent his bikes, they could not do anything... The bikes were in the stairwell next to my unit entrance.
