What happened
Bike was locked in storage at apartment house. Storage door lock was broken.

- Bike is in good condition. The headset locknut is stripped so does not tighten fully. Has toe straps, has black cannondale bike rack on the back with paint coming off showing neon green underneath. Has a Western Illinois Bike registration sticker on it. Has light mount on handlebar, has lock mount attached to frame. And small bag mount under seat. The end of the left handlebar is missing the cover where a mirror was attached. There is (or was) a foam seat cover.
