What happened
Went inside to leash up some pups and in less than 5 mins it was taken from right outside. 20 minutes later I saw the thief riding north on Lincoln just past Webster but couldn't follow.

- Very dinked up frame, with rusty spots. The rear rim is a white deep V rim with light graffiti on one side and the front a is a white rim. Has an Origin 8 front rack. Handlebars at the time it was stolen were a wooden rod with black Oury grips on it.
