What happened

I'm not sure when the bike was stolen as I was away in Indiana for the weekend. It was parked in front of my car in my normal parking spot behind my building in an alley.

The bike has built in lights that are silver in the front and are tail lights at the rear. The fenders are polished black. The battery pack is wrapped in black electrical tape and there is a cup holder. There is a small red and black carrying container under the seat. There are two zip ties on the main cross bar that hold on a bike pump holder, but the bike pump is not attached.
