What happened
Sometime between 01:00 and 10:00am. Bike was locked to wooden balcony post at rear of house/apartment near an alleyway. Post was completely torn off railing. U-lock was attached to post, frame and front wheel. Had only been here for less than 1 week. Thief/thieves would have had to climb over balcony to get to it as it was on the inside and there is a locked gateway entrance to rear of building. Appears that the railing has just been ripped off with bike still attached.
