Tricross Specialized Bike 2011

What happened

My husband and I were on a family bike ride & went into Marshalls on Clark & Halsted in Lakeview. We went inside for 30 minutes & came out and his bike was gone. Our two bikes were locked together with a cable lock and they cut it and left my bike and took his. His bike had our baby seat attached to it & with was a light grey Thule seat attached on the back with black seat padding & blue clips. So someone must have just road off on the bike with an empty baby seat on the back.
