What happened
Bike was locked with U lock to bike rack on building property. Security video shows man with back pack stand over bike with back to camera, He removed something from the back pack and disabled the lock. He removed the cable through the rear wheel, got on the bike and rode toward the camera, and out of view. He was carrying the lock and cable when he went out of frame. it took 58 seconds. Building security showed me the video, but would not let me copy it. I reported it to CPD. The bike was already registered with them.
