Cannondale CAAD 9

What happened

The bike was locked to the bike rack with a cable and pad lock. My helmet was fed through the cable and locked with the bike. This is right off of Jackson Blvd, a very busy street! I locked it around 7 AM after riding into work. When I went to leave work and get my bike it was gone! The cable, cut, and helmet were still there. See picture.
