2016 Salsa Vaya
What happened
Older black man stole the bike around 7:15am after watching the street for a while. As it's a clean cut through the u-lock he likely used an angle grinder. Man is on camera from front of Metro. I walked out at 7:20 and a coworker drove me around to look for him without luck. (photos of man and lock at https://imgur.com/gallery/j9j9r)
