RecoveredWhat happened
Bike was locked to low bike frame in "secure garage" only through rear tire to frame. Came home after work to discover bike was gone. Talked to landlord and everything is on video surveillance. African American male white shirt black jeans cuts fence in back of garage, cuts chain and removes two bikes including mine leaving the rear tire and ulock on the bike frame.
