- Refurbished, got it from a store in Boston that puts new parts on older frames. Guessing the frame is from the late 80's or 90's. Has paddle shifters, a new thin seat, Shimano shifters (I think they are called shifters?), upright handle bars, small piece of plastic on the handlebars I would strap my light to, colorful Raleigh crest, silver peddles.
