Mercier Kilo TT

What happened

Left my back attached to a street sign (2 locks) at 6 pm. When I came back to pick it both locks were cut. Called the police, they said "you don't have insurance, the report will do no good", and the hang on me. Picture is of the bike when I just got it (without many od the things described before)
