Schwinn Voyageur 11.8

What happened

Bike was locked below street level by basement door with a red cable. Had been locked at street level as I did errands. Lock cut and discarded sometime between 10:00 pm 8/14/15 and 10:00 am 8/15/15. Had to go on apartment building property to do this. Not a unique situation. Looked at Swap-O-Rama, craiglist, registered at Bikeindex.

1980 or '81 model, Chrome with red text. Unsure about size: 21" or 23". Red and black rubber handlebar covers on cruiser/riser type handlebars. Chrome fenders. Rear wheel replaced this week with Gatorskin, 27", part of the wheel scrapes against the fender so makes a noise (was about the fix). Rear rack with Wald basket secured with zip ties. Selle Italia Turbo saddle. Single gear. Mounts for front and rear Planet Bike Blinky light set. Rear mount is on back of basket.
