Bike was locked to a city bike rack in the 100 block of south State Street next to the subway entrance.

Front light blinker installed on right handlebar. Bell with compass installed on left handlebar. Bottle holder carriage and lock rack installed. Large rear laser light installed on the seat post. There are wheel locks and a seat lock. Good condition.
