What happened
bike was locked with 2 cables and one u-lock to a cement parking spot divider inside of a locked garage. one of the cables was cut and left partly at the scene. the other cable and u-lock were gone along with the bike. the only people with access to the garage are residents of the building and any maintenance workers and/or management employees. there is a lot of construction going on in the alley behind my building, and a lot of trucks have been in and out of the alley over the past several weeks. there are many other bikes locked up in the garage and nothing else appeared stolen.
