What happened
Bike was locked up with another bike in heavy traffic area. Bikes were visible through restaurant window. Incident must have happened very quickly. Nothing more to say. We looked out the window and bikes were gone. Notified restaurant owner. Went outside looking for bike. Looked for security camera. Called police.
