Scott Speedster 50 - 2013

What happened

Bike was locked to bike rack outside of TBH Residence hall at the corner of Halsted and Roosevelt Road on UIC campus. Bike was likely targeted as it has been there on multiple occasions. U - Lock that was around the rack, front wheel and frame was cut using some sort of bolt cutters. Multiple attempts were made to break the lock free suggesting it was a struggle at first. Lock was left at scene, Police report was filed at 9:30 am on October 23, 2014.
